The water powder mixer, mainly used for mixing solid things with liquid ones, is widely employed in many industries such as food, drinks, pharmacy and chemical plant. It can be used not only for producing sirup, lactose and chocolate, but also for reverting powdered milk, dissolving whey powder, making brine and pre-mixing yogurt with other dairy products.



The mixer consists of the main body and the centrifugal pump impeller which are vertically installed. The liquid things and solid ones are respectively sucked in through a pipeline with double-layer walls, preventing the liquid things getting coagulated before coming into the main part. After entering into the main body of the mixer at a high speed and, the liquid produces vacuum in the center of the impeller in order to suck in the solid evenly through the adjustment of the valve below cone tudish. The mixer can mix many kinds of solid things quickly and evenly without touching the air. It mixes things adequately and the products can recycle. In some situation, the equipment connection may be used so that the recycle becomes unnecessary. The design features quick connection and easy take-down of the equipment. It is not necessary to take down equipment when it is cleaned and disinfected. The durable machine, whose valve is closed, stays sanitary inside and has high production efficiency.
